The O’Fallon Panther Band Boosters Art & Craft Fair is bigger than ever!A beloved tradition in the St. Louis Metro-East area, our annual craft fair showcases over 270 talented artists and crafters from across the region. All proceeds directly support our award-winning band and color guard programs!
The Art & Craft Fair is almost here — can you feel the excitement?! We sure can!
Over 270 amazing vendors are gearing up to showcase their creativity, festive spirit, and unique handmade goods. From gifts to décor to treats you won’t find anywhere else… this is the kickoff to your holiday season!
Plus, we have so many new features this year for you to take advantage of — fun experiences, great food options, and even faster ways to shop. (See below!)
BISTRO FAST PASS // Skip the lines and reserve your meal ahead of time with just a few clicks. Choose from a huge variety of delicious food, snacks, and drinks available during the craft fair. New this year: Giant turkey legs! (Limited quantity available — they’ll go fast!) The Fast Pass form will be open until 4:30pm on Wednesday, October 29, so get your order in quickly!

CRAFTING CLASSES // Several of our talented vendors are looking forward to sharing some of their creative skills. No experience is necessary — just some holiday cheer! Click below to view descriptions and sign up.
PREPAID ENTRANCE TICKET // Make more time to shop! Simply fill out the form below and show the receipt at the admission tables upon arrival.
VIP ACCESS // Make your craft fair experience even more special! Enjoy premium parking close to the entrance, a red carpet welcome to kick off your shopping in style, and exclusive entry to the VIP Lounge featuring warm cinnamon rolls and hot chocolate. Spots are very limited, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
CHRISTMAS TREE RAFFLE // Purchase a raffle ticket and win a chance to go home with one of our creative and beautifully decorated Christmas trees! All have been decorated by a different section (flutes, drumline, etc.) of the band.
PHOTOS WITH SANTA // Guess who’s coming to the 2025 Art & Craft Fair — Mr. and Mrs. Claus! Bring the whole family for pics and get a keepsake photo (emailed directly to you) for ONLY $10! While Santa photos can cost a fortune elsewhere, we’re keeping the magic affordable. Catch them near the North Gym! Cash, credit, and Venmo available onsite or fill out the form below to pay in advance.

For the safety and comfort of our customers we do not allow the use of children's strollers inside the fair. Customers and vendors are always welcome to use Medical Assist Devices inside the fair.

Interested vendors should submit photos, an estimated price point, and a description of your HAND-CRAFTED items to craftfair@othsband.com. A reply will be sent when your email is received. The craft fair committee takes into consideration the number of crafters making similar crafts in order to make it a profitable fair for all vendors and a pleasurable experience for the shoppers. If accepted, you will be emailed a contract. We ask that you return the contract and payment within one week of approval. We do not allow direct sales vendors at our fair. We do not post a copy of our contract on any of our social media sites.
